Now one of the problems with a dice walk is that there's nothing to prevent you from walking in one big circle (or square). I swear I walked I around the same block twice and seemed to do a lot of backtracking. But it was such a gorgeous day that I found I couldn't complain. Plus I needed to work off the cupcake I picked up at Miette.
I also got a fun surprise when I picked up my photos. I can't tell if my film was a bit wonky or if the processing chemicals were. I actually don't care what happened. I just know I'm loving the result.

Obsessions
I also am in love with a couple of things this week.
Felicia's Day Flog - All Hail Felicia Day. And more specifically her Flog. So far she's visited a blacksmith, used a chain saw to make an ice sculpture, rocked out on her violin with Tom Lenk (I mean how can any Buffy fan not become obsessed), and so much more. Finally I have something to look forward to on Mondays. The episodes are like 10 minutes each and if you watch one of them, I promise you'll be hooked.
My Playlist - Allison over at My Quarter-life Crisis recently created an iTunes Playlist in my honor and then was nice enough to send me a physical copy in the mail. Plus it is just kind of perfect. Pearl Jam, Neil Young, The White Stripes, Lady Gaga and more, c'mon.
Best Friends Forever - Friday just about broke my heart, cause one of my favorite new series, Best Friends Forever, was pulled from the schedule. Seriously I am so in love with this show and stars, Lennon Parham and Jessica St. Clair. I may have bought the season pass on iTunes to relive it even if NBC refuses to recognize how great it is.
That's my dice walk and what I'm obsessed with. What are you obsessed with this week? Have you ever done a dice walk? Where would you go if you did one?

Wow those photos are really cool. Love them! Some great composures along with the red effects really make it.
Obessions: ok not really an obession but weirded out by it...my office smells like chocolate cake. whats the deal w/ that???
I love those photos - what a happy accident with red. I'm glad you like your playlist :)
Obsessions: Um, planning a weekend in Niagara Falls that may or may not happen. But it's been sort of fun looking up "Things to Do" in Niagara. I hope my BF gets the weekend off so we can go! I was, and still sort of am obsessed with Downton Abbey. If you haven't seen this show by now, I think you should. I finished the first two seasons and now have to wait for the 3rd to air in the fall.
I hope you threw out some dice roll dance moves along the walk!
a dice walk sounds like so much fun! I'm stealing your idea that you stole :)
I live in a very boring part of a very boring town. At best I'd end up at a strip mall, if I didn't get run over (there are no sidewalks or crosswalks and people around here don't so much worry about pedestrians). I so need to move.
very cool pictures... makes it all look so dreamy. love the idea of a dice walk!
@Crymson - Thanks. Yeah turned out to be such a fun roll. And chocolate cake? Did someone leave some in their desk?
@Allison - Oh I want to go to Niagara Fall so badly! I hope that you are able to go. And Downton Abbey is totally on my to watch list.
@Jill - Girl, you know I did.
@Michele - Haha! Steal away!
@Brigid - Yeah my town is totally not a walkable town either. So I definitely had to seek out an area to go on the walk.
@Tracy - Thanks so much. They turned out much better than I could have expected.
Great photography...loving these posts!
I've never heard of a dice walk before, but I find the concept interesting. For one, you really don't know where you'll end up so it is kind of the luck of the draw on where you end up. Although with me, I'll probably end up in some dangerous area of the city or something like that.
It's interesting what you'll find in a city just by walking the streets. Much more so than when you just drive by it.
the photos are amazing. so full of sun and heart.
